Cucumber Watermelon Salad 17-27 cal!
I was actually surprised at how good this salad was. I thought it would be boring and lack flavor but I was so wrong.
Ingredients
• 1/4 cup chopped cucumber { with skin for fiber }
• 1/4 cup chopped watermelon
• 1 Tsp lime juice
• 1 cup of fresh spinach leaves. { optional }
Chop the cucumber and watermelon into small cubes and place them in a bowl with the spinach, drizzle over the lime juice and toss to coat. Enjoy~!
